The insertion of any objects, especially parts of the body, into the exit parts
of the equipment is prohibited. For equipment that performs the shredding operation,
it is mandatory to use a sieve which, in addition to performing the function of separating
the product, prevents access to the processing system, eliminating the risk of accidents. Any
type of maintenance in this area must only occur with the equipment turned off and at rest.

• TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A. guarantees this product against any manufacturing defect for a period of 12 (twelve)
months, of which 9 (nine) months are contractual warranty and 90 (ninety) days are legal warranty, according
to article 26 of the Consumer Protection Code.
• The period of this warranty dates from the date of emission of the equipment sales receipt, which should be
attached to this agreement, with the warranty only being valid on presentation of the sales receipt.
• Within a total period of 12 months, TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A. undertakes to repair or replace parts free of
charge which according to technical assessment display manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use
and maintenance.
• The blades, keys, filters and spark plugs, and including the labor of applying the parts and any consequences of
such occurrences are not covered by the contractual warranty. TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A. will only comply with
the legal warranty period of 90 days starting from the date of issue of the receipt of purchase.
• The purchaser is responsible for shipping and packaging costs to the nearest Tramontina Authorised Service
provider.
• The purchaser is responsible for the equipment's necessary periodical inspection, maintenance and cleaning,
and also for observing all the care requirements in the user's manual.
The following are not covered by warranty:
• Parts damaged by natural wear, accident, incorrect use and maintenance of the equipment or operator misuse;
• Parts damage through unsuitable use or assembly not conforming to the instructions in this manual;
• Damage resulting from using inadequate lubricant oil and/or fuel (non-compliant with technical specifications).
• Damage resulting from lack of oil, insufficient oil, excess oil, or different than recommended.
• Revisions prompted by use of inadequate fuel or oil (internal cleaning).
• Revisions, maintenance, and periodical cleaning necessary to the equipment.
• Equipment displaying signs of tampering, use of non-original parts, or repair by people not authorised by
Tramontina.
This product is subject to technical specifications and design modifications without prior notice from the
manufacturer.
NOTE
ALL PARTS PROVEN WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT WILL BE REPLACED WITHOUT
COST, WITHOUT HAVING TO CHANGE THE EQUIPMENT.
