MINI UNIT IP20 - MORPH433 RM (see page 59)
The mini transceiver unit is fitted with a 10-way terminal board with an electrical connection of 12-24V
ac/dc between binding posts 7-8. The receiver cards are fitted with two relays the outputs of which are
marked CH1 (normally open/normally closed contact) and CH2 (normally open/normally closed contact).
To associate the channels CHA, CHB, CHC, CHD on the mobile units to the relays CH1 and CH2 use the
jumpers J1 located on the circuit board (e.g. fig. 7 - CHA = CH1 and CHB = CH2).
The channel relays can be set using the jumpers SEL CH1 and SEL CH2 as follows:
- ON/OFF relay =
- Impulsive relay =
In the impulsive modules the activation time can be set by means of the trimmer T1 from 200 ms to 3 s.
To change the relay function mode (from impulsive to ON/OFF and the other way round) the fixed-
position transceiver unit must be switched off and restarted.
Mobile unit code memory module (located on the stationary unit).
The codes are stored in a non-volatile EEPROM memory module.
The receiver is designed to manage up to 1000 users (1000 mobile units) with the possibility of memorising
and cancelling each individual user. For each mobile unit it is possible to memorize a maximum of 4 func-
tions: A - B – C – D. The memorized codes are maintained in this module even in the absence of power for
an unlimited period of time.
INDICATIONS ON THE FIXED/MOBILE UNITS
Fixed position transceiver unit
Red Led LGC - user management
- Flashing slowly: memorising a single user
- Flashing rapidly: cancelling a single user
- Continuously lit: memory full
Red Led LS - appliance "STATUS" LED
- Continuously lit: power on
- Flashing: no memory module present
Jumper inserted
Jumper not inserted
Mobile transceiver unit
- Blue left-hand LED
- Orange right-hand LED
- Buzzer giving off variable length sounds
The three indicators combine together to indicate
the status of the relays during use and during the
system set up stage they indicate the successful
memorisation or cancellation of the codes.
