CAUTION
•
Before connecting the unit be sure that the voltage are the same than your local supply.
•
The hook with washer must be inserted into the left opening.
•
Do not touch the beaters with hands, spatula, spoon, etc. during operation.
•
Do not use the beaters to mix hard ingredients such as frozen butter or dough.
•
Never wash the motor housing in water. If the mixer is accidentally immersed do not try to reach it;
unplug immediately and take to revision at authorized workshop.
•
Do not use the mixer for long time continuously because the motor can overheat. Do not use it
longer than 3 minutes.
•
Use the mixer only for its design purpose.
•
Before starting make sure that it is OFF, and after using it remember to turn it off again.
CLEANING
1. Unplug the device.
2. Wash the beaters and then dry them.
3. Clean the motor housing with a damp cloth.
4. Do not use chemical products such as benzene, thinner or alcohol, because the may alter the cover.
SPEED CONTROL
The hand mixer has 5 different speeds. It is recommended to start at the lowest one and then move up
by steps to the one you need.
LOW
Speed 1
To blend in flour/dry ingredients and liquids.
Speed 2
To mix thin batters such as waffles, pancakes or sauces.
