ALBA series 4G audio-only module for intercom applications

AB4G (and AB4G/S), both of which will
hereafter be referred to as AB4G, are de-
vices based on 4G technology designed
to implement wireless intercom or ac-
cess control systems. The AB4G mod-
ules support 2 inputs for analogue com-
mands, 2 relay outputs, SMS control and
alerting, and prepaid card management.
The main features are:
- 200 manageable users;
- 3 telephone numbers can be stored
for each user;
- in addition to the 600 telephone num-
bers described in the two previous
points and which can also be used for
remote lock opening, a further 200
telephone numbers can be stored for
this same application;
- 2 analogue inputs for lock control or
alarm message sending;
- 2 output relays;
- input, editing and reading of AB4G con-
figuration via USB via PC and "myCom
manager" programme, via SMS or via
Cloud;
- downloadable system configuration
via the "myCom manager" programme,
SMS or via the Cloud.

Important notes
- Disabling the PIN Code Request
PIN request must be disabled before
using the SIM card in the device by
inserting it in your smartphone and
deactivating the function;
- Note on prepaid SIM cards: It is rec-
ommended to have a tariff plan acti-
vated on the SIM card with services
(talk minutes, SMS and GBytes of In-
ternet traffic) on a flat rate basis and
automatic recharging. A SIM card with
VoLTE service activated is required;
- insertion and removal of the SIM
must be done with the AB4G module
switched off and not assembled in the
frame;
- do not install and use the device
where the use of mobile phones is
prohibited or may cause interfer-
ence or dange;
- the antenna is integrated in the device.
If useful, use the external antenna art.
AN41 (adapter AN02 required);
- before proceeding with the configura-
tion of a new AB4G, delete the device
memory and SIM address book by
sending a SMS to the telephone num-
ber associated with the SIM contained
in the AB4G with the following text:
