Battery
To charge the battery, plug the female plug (22) into the charging port and the male
plug (23) into a power outlet. The power supply is dual voltage, using 127/220 V [Fig. 26].
To ensure the best performance and service life for your equipment, leave it charging
for at least 16 uninterrupted hours before using it for the first time.
After first use, place the equipment to charge again.
During charging, the red light will remain on. Do not remove the plug from the outlet
during this period.
When the battery is charged, the green light will come on. However, to ensure that the
charge is complete, leave the equipment charging in the outlet for at least 8 hours.
This procedure should be repeated with every new recharge.
Once fully charged, the battery can provide power for several hours of work.
Fuse holder
This equipment is equipped with a 2-amp fuse, a device that protects the electrical system in the event of an overload.
If there is an overload and the fuse blows, the equipment will not turn on. Replace the blown fuse with a new one
so that the equipment works in electric mode again.
Manual actuation
If the battery runs out during use, the operator can continue spraying using manual actuation (lever).
To change from electric actuation to battery, see "Installing the hose for manual operation" [page 15].
If there is any liquid in the tank, be careful when removing the hose from the outlet.
Voltage display
The battery voltage display shows the battery status [Fig. 27].
N Position (Normal/Green light): The battery is charged and the sprayer can be
used normally.
L Position (Low/Yellow light): This means that the charge is low and the battery
will need to be charged soon.
H Position (High/Red light): Indicates an abnormal condition. Solve the problem
before continuing.
• After use, turn off the pressure regulator and the electrical switch before cleaning.
• Drain the spraying tank after use.
• Wash the tank, nozzle and pressure accumulator system (pump) well. Engage pumping to remove all liquid from the system.
• Lubricate the air chamber lid sealing washer regularly to ensure smooth movement and prevent product leakage.
• When the nozzle is clogged, clean it carefully so as not to damage it.
• If there is an obstruction in the valve filter, dismantle it, remove and clean the filter, grease the sealing washer or bushing
and reassemble the set.
• Do not store premixed products or solutions in the sprayer. Remaining products may cause damage to the components and
changes in stored products.
