4. Hang the fan in the bracket
Lift the assembled fan motor housing

into the bracket by placing the hanger
ball (D) into the mounting bracket (A)
opening.
CAUTION: TO PREVENT DAMAGE
!
TO THE FAN, ALWAYS LIFT UP THE
FAN BY THE DOWNROD OR MOTOR
HOUSING.

Rotate the fan motor clockwise until the
groove on the hanger ball drops into the
slot on the bracket and sits firmly. The
downrod (E) should not rotate if this is done
correctly.
