This appliance can be used by children aged from
8 years and above, and by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
WARNING: Do not leave the appliance unattended.
Do not allow bare skin or the eyes to come into
contact with any heated surface on the appliance
when in use. Do not place the appliance on any
heat-sensitive surfaces when hot or plugged into
the mains. Always unplug the appliance when not
in use.
WARNING: Do not use this appliance on synthetic
hair or wigs.
NOTE: Use on dry hair only.
WARNING: Should this product malfunction,
do not attempt to repair it. This appliance has no

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Heating the appliance
• Plug the curling iron into an electrical outlet.
• Press the Power Button (On/Off) and the LED Temperature Display will start blinking
showing the default setting.
• Turn the dial right to increase temperature and/or turn the dial left to decrease
temperature. A blinking light will appear until temperature is reached. Once the desired
temperature has been selected, the LED light will remain solid.
NOTE: When the Rotating Temperature Dial is being turned, the temperature will increase or
decrease in 5 °C increments.
Caution: Curling irons with temperature control dials operate at high temperatures when
used on high settings. When using for the first time, begin with the LOWEST setting.
Please read all instructions carefully before using. For best results, follow these guidelines:
Heat Selection
Hair Type
140 °C - 160 °C
For fine, thin hair
160 °C - 180 °C
For normal, medium-textured hair
180 °C - 210 °C
For wavy, thick hair
210 °C - 235 °C
For coarse hair
Styling
To use as a curling iron:
• Hair should be clean and dried completely before using any styling tool.
• Comb out a 5 cm section of hair and place hair ends between the Barrel and Clamp.
The clamp should be on top of the hair.
• Using one hand to hold the Cool Tip and the other hand to hold the Curling Iron handle
for faster curl wrapping, roll under for a curl and over for a flip.
• Leave the Curling Iron in fine hair for 5 to 8 seconds, and 10 to 15 seconds for thick hair.
• Press Thumb Grip to release hair.
• Repeat the process until you have achieved the look you desire.
• Allow curls to cool before combing or brushing.
• When styling is complete, press and hold "On/Off" button 1.5 sec to turn off the unit.
To use as a wand:
• Hair should be clean and dried completely before using any styling tool.
• Clip hair back into multiple sections.
• Begin with the bottom section of your hair.
• Hold the Curling Iron at a vertical angle and wrap a section of hair tightly around
the barrel while holding the hair ends. Hold the Curling Iron in this position for a few
seconds.
CAUTION: DO NOT touch the styling Barrel. The Barrel is very hot when the appliance is in
use. Only touch the handle and the Cool Tip while styling.
NOTE: This iron reaches professional temperatures. Do not leave hair wrapped around the
Barrel for more than 5 seconds.
• Release the hair and pull the Curling Iron from the center of the curl. Proceed with other
sections until the desired look is achieved.
• When styling is complete, press and hold "On/Off" button 1.5 sec to turn off the unit.
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Maintenance
Your appliance is virtually maintenance-free. No lubrication is needed. Keep heated
surfaces clean and free of dust, dirt, and hair spray. If cleaning becomes necessary, unplug
the appliance from the power source and wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. If the cord
becomes twisted, untwist prior to use.
WARNING: If any malfunction occurs, do not attempt to repair.
This appliance has no user-serviceable parts.
