OPTIPLUS 22 SERIES CONTROLLER
1. OPERATION
The OPTIMATIC commands the pump to start or stop automatically when any tap or valve in
the installation is opened or closed, respectively. When the pump starts, it keeps running as
long as any tap is open, transmitting a constant flow and pressure to the network.
2. CONSTRUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS
-1' male inlet connection.
-1' male outlet connection.
Special anti-water hammer check valve.
-Safety system that avoids the possibility of the pump operating without water.
-Pressure gauge.
-Manual start button (RESET).
-AUTORESET function for automatic reset in case of FAILURE.
-Voltage indicator light (POWER).
-Pump operation indicator light (ON).
-Safety system tripped indicator light (FAILURE).

4. HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
Before proceeding with the hydraulic connection, the pump must be perfectly primed.
pump. The controller must always be installed horizontally, connecting the inlet (1' male
thread) directly to the pump outlet and the controller outlet (1' male thread) to the mains.
ATTENTION
The water column between the pump and the highest point of use depends on the starting
pressure of the pump. The following table shows the most representative applications.
