OPERATING PROCESS
• Adjust the second handle and lock it (fig. 8).
• Position the machine on the tile surface, lock the suction lever
(fig. 9), lift the tile and move it into the work area (fig. 10).
• With the suction lever blocked BATTILONE is in "suction mode".
With this set up, the tiler can lift the tile and, once laid, vibrate it
(fig. 11).
• With the suction lever unlocked, BATTILONE is in "hammer work
mode" and with this set up the tiler can make the tile vibrate,
making the machine slide over it; for better performance it is ad-
visable to use the supplied vibration expansion plate (fig.12).
• For heavy slabs or large format tiles, it is advisable to use a frame
device (such as Montolit 300-70SLMOB) to handle them, so once
laid, the installer can slide the BATTILONE over the surface to
eliminate any trapped air.
• When the tile / slab is placed in position, activate BATTILONE and
slide it on the surface of the slab with a "rotary movement" to
facilitate the flow of air under the tile in order to obtain the correct
distribution of the adhesive.
