6.2 Installation and connection of the machine
.Put the package over a plane surface.
. Open the upper side of the box.
. Remove the polystirene pieces that protect the machine.
. Take the machine out pushing it up.
· Remove the packing material.
·Place the machine on a plane and fixed place that can support the weight of the machine.

WARNING ¡
· It is completely forbidden to put the machine on easy burning places (tablecloth...)
· It is forbidden to put the machine near open fires, Ovens or other power Supplies.
· Never put the machine near liquid or easy burning gases.
· Never put the machine in wet or dusty places.
· Be careful and do not install the machine near things that pass on electric current.
· Put the machine in a way that people that use it have enough space.
· Connect the machine just to a single plug; do not use extension cable or multiple sockets.
· Put the machine in a way to have easy access to disconnect it in case it is necessary
6.3 Servicie

CAREFULL ¡
The machine has to be used just for qualified people!
· Clean the machine carefully before using it for the first time.
OIL FILTERING
Be sure the Main button is in the off position. To be completely sure, press the ON/OFF button
and place it on the "O" position.
Before starting the machine, you must:
- Place the rubber of the joint and the tray filter.
- Put the filter over it.
-Place the support of the filter, tightening the 4 screws of the corners from the deposit
of the filtering.
Plug the machine to a socket with earth connection.
Install the machine near the frying machine in a way we can open the exit valve of the fryer and
pour out the oil in the filtering machine. If the fryer doesn't have exit valve, then we will have to
empty it manually into the filtering machine.
To switch the machine on, press the On/off button and place it in the "I" position.
The machine will start to filter the oil evacuating its deposit. The clean oil will be sent back to the
fryer machine through the pipe at the same time the filtering machine is working.
