Solution:

work, warming your windscreen then try it again.
2) Please soak suction mount to warm water for a moment.
3) If it is still not working, we are glad to send a new suction
mount to you, please contact us to get a replacement.
6.The internal battery, despite receiving a one-night
charge, barely lasts a few minutes? /Without external
power supply, the camera only lasts very short time, or
just can't turn on?

The built-in battery is only to save files urgently in case of
sudden power off. The dash cam is powered by the car. The
