TROUBLESHOOTING
My device cannot find the e-Pulse Pro:
1. Ensure your headphones are fully charged. Switch them off for 2 mins and turn off
your device Bluetooth.
2 Switch the headphones on, turn on your device' Bluetooth and search again
I am having audio/connection issues:
1. Make sure your headphones are not more than 10m away from your device and that the distance
between them isn't obstructed i.e., too many walls as this can interfere with signal strength.
2. Make sure your headphones are fully charge
