OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before using the clipper for the first time, charge continuously for 4 hours with
standard adapter or for 2.5 hours with USB adapter. Maximum battery capacity
will only be reached after
3
charging and discharging cycles.
2. Make sure the switch on the clipper is in the "O" position before connecting to a
standard or USB-C cable.
3. Connect a standard charging cable into the standard charging jack on the bottom
of the clipper. Plug the adapter into any electrical outlet (at the voltage listed on
the label affixed to the adapter). The charging indicator will blink to indicate that
charging has begun. If using the USB-C port for charging, make sure the clipper is
turned off and plug a USB-C cord into the USB-C port at the bottom of the clipper.
Charging is complete after 2.5 hours. Charging indicator will stop blinking and
remain solid.
4. The adapter may become warm while charging. This is normal.
5. Preserving the battery: In order to maintain the optimum capacity of the
rechargeable battery, the clipper should be recharged for 2.5 hours approximately
every 6 months.
6. If the charging indicator starts to flash rapidly (more than 4 flashes per second),
the appliance is faulty. If this happens, please stop charging and remove the power
adapter or USB charger from the power supply and contact an authorized service
center.
7. Before and after use, apply 2 or 3 drops of the provided lubricating oil across the
blades. Turn the clipper on for a minute, then turn off. Wipe off any excess oil with
a dry cloth. This step is important for proper maintenance of the blades.
8. Slide the switch to "I" position to turn on.
9. Make sure the switch is in the "O" position when the clipper is not operating.
10. After use, remove hair trimmings and debris from the blades using the provided
cleaning brush. Wipe the housing clean with a dry cloth.
