22.4.1 - RS485 NETWORK
Through the RS485 network, biometrics becomes a slave device of the MG3000 module, becoming the DATABASE
and ENROLLMENT LOCATION or as a reader on the LINE, in communication with the RMF3004 receiver (Multi-
function Receiver). Once connected, network detection and configuration is performed automatically by both the
MG3000 module and the RFM3004, and can be verified in the RS485 (MG3000) selection status. This type of network
does not make use of WeGo Converter.
The WeGo Bio Pro connected to the MG3000 will be used as BASE biometrics, being the database and place of en-
rollment of new users. The enrollment process must be performed through the MG3000 menu, on the ADD DEVICES
screen, BIOMETRICS. When the enrollment process is initiated in the MG3000, the WeGo Bio Pro remote enrollment
screen will guide the user through the process of enrolling their fingerprint.
* NOTE: There are 32 devices considering up to 4 WeGo Bio Pro connected in 8 RMF3004 by RS485.
