PrOCEDUrE TO rESET THE POWErBOX

Case 1 – Flashing LED (red/green or green)
If the powerbox is in this state, keep the button on the
powerbox pressed for more than 3 sec. so that the LED
becomes flashing red.
After which, press the button again for more than 3
seconds to reset.

Case2 - LED is not flashing (on or off)
In this case, just keep the button on the powerbox
pressed for more than 3 sec. to reset.
USEFUL INFOrMATION

I can't complete the initial installation – binding phase
Perform the powerbox reset procedure (see page 40). If the problem persists, contact the
Technical Assistance Service.

My NEEDO stops working
First of all, check that the batteries are not flat and that the radiator is receiving the correct
power supply.
Verify that there is no problem of radio coverage, using the assistance menu | maintenance
| radio signal.
Move closer to the radiator if necessary.
If the problem is of a different nature, contact the Technical Assistance Service: in any case
the radiator can be controlled using the powerbox (see page 36).

Purchasing a new My NEEDO
Before starting the new and necessary binding procedure (radiator binding) the powerbox
network information must be reset: ATTENTION, in this case the reset procedure differs
from that shown on page 40 as it is necessary to perform it on each single radiator while the
power supply to the others is cut off.
They should only be switched on after all of them have been reset and they should flash red/
green.
