DIAGNOSTICS

In the event of a fault or malfunction of My NEEDO or
the radiator, the user can perform an initial diagnosis.
The red LED on My NEEDO will flash and a message
will appear on the screen of your My NEEDO to warn
you of any problems. The response of the LED (Fig.
02) helps you to understand what is happening to your
radiator. The following is a brief guide to the different
states and any operations to be performed.

In the event of a rapidly flashing red LED or
malfunctioning, contact Customer Service after having
consulted the diagnostics section of My NEEDO (see
My NEEDO User Guide).
