VICEOR ADJUSTMENTS:
1, Depressclutch/brakepedalfully andset parkingbrake,
2. Placegearshiftlever in neutral (N) position,
3, Placeattachmentclutch in "DISENGAGED" p osition,
4. Turnignitionkey to "STOP"and removekey.
5. Makesurethe bladesandall movingpartshavecompletelystopped.
6o Disconnectsparkplug wirefromspark plugand placewire where it cannot
comein contactwith ptug_
TRACTOR
TO REMOVE
MOWER
1. Place attachment
clutch in "DISEN-
GAGED"
position,,
2.
Lower attachment
lift lever to its lowest
position.
3.
Roll belt off engine
pulley (M).
4.
Remove
retainer
spring
(K), slide collar
(L) off and push housing
guide (P) out
of bracket,
5o Remove
clutch cable spring
(Q) from
idler arm (R).
6,
Disconnect
front link (E) from mower
- remove
retainer
spring and washer°
7.
Go to either side of mower and discon-
nect mower suspension
arm (A) from
chassis pin (B) and rear lift link (C)
from rear mower bracket
(D) - remove
retainer
springs
and washers.
8,
Go to other side of mower and discon-
nect the suspension
arm and rear lift
link.
CAUTION:
After rear lift links are dis-
connected,
the attachment
lift lever will be
spring loaded.
Have a tight grip on lift lever
when changing
position
of the lever.
9., Slide mower out from under right side
of tractor.
IMPORTANT:
If an attachment
other than
the mower is to be mounted
on the tractor,
remove the front link (E) and rear lift Iiks
(C) from tractor and hook the clutch spring
(Q) into the cable guide on front edge of
lower dash.
TO INSTALL
MOWER
Be sure tractor
is on level surface
and
engage
parking
brake,
1.
Lower attachment
lift lever to it's lowest
position°
A CAUTION'.
Lift lever is spring
Ioaded_
Have a tight grip on lift lever, lower it
slowly and engage
in lowest position.
