HOPPER NOTIFICATION
Two possible causes. 1. Tobacco is low. Before adding new tobacco, keep tobacco
hopper lid closed and push START to push residue out of loading chamber. Hopper
message clears from display, open lid, add tobacco, close lid and push START to
continue filling tubes. 2. Tobacco does not drop. Make sure volume tobacco is used.
The tobacco may be too cohesive and need to be processed before use. Shorten the
tobacco cut, check the moisture level and dry it to below 12% rH if needed.
JAM NOTIFICATION
If the spoon blocks, the display shows JAM. Switch off the machine and use the
cleaning probe through the spoon nozzle to remove tobacco residue in the loading
chamber. Open the lid and remove remaining tobacco residue in the hopper. After
all residue has been removed, you can switch the machine back on and press START.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Tobacco is very persistent and sticks to the internal parts of the machine. To make
prefectly filled cigarettes, it is important that you clean the machine after each use.
Parts of attention for correct and long-term operation are:
1. Spoon
2. Tobacco cutting blade
3. Spoon nozzle

Do not leave tobacco residue in the machine after use. Opening the casing of the
machine that has not been carried out by seller or designated service point will void
any warranty.
