NOTICE
• New, as yet unused wire guide liners have to be shortened to the actual
length of the cable assembly.
For using steel wires.

1 Stretch out the cable assembly (9) and remove the gas nozzle (10) and
contact tip (11) from the torch neck (2).
2 Unscrew the nut (6) from the central connector (4) and slide the liner (8)
through the wire conduit (3) to the retaining nipple (7).
3 Tighten the nut (6) again by hand and cut off any excess liner (8) flush with
the torch neck (2) or tip adaptor (1).
4 Unscrew the nut (6) and pull out the liner (8).
5 Sharpen the start of the liner to an angle of approx. 40° and deburr the
edge.
