9 Guarantee terms
Every milling machine is tested for perfect functioning prior to delivery.
We guarantee this milling machine under the following terms:
The guarantee period begins on the date of delivery and expires 12 months later. Any defects due to
faulty materials or manufacturing, which occur during the guarantee period, will be repaired free-of-
charge. No further claims can be taken into account.
Carriage and packaging charges as well as customs and import duties in the purchaser's own country
will be charged to him unless the law demands otherwise.
The guarantee is null and void if repairs or other interventions are carried out by persons not authorized to
do so by us. Claiming against the guarantee does not prolong the guarantee period.
Guarantee claims can only be accepted if the guarantee certificate is presented together with the invoice
or delivery note.
