5) SETTING OF THE SOFTENER
The Volumetric NOA Softener can be set in Volumetric or
Cronometric way.
In the Volumetric modality, the softener will perform the rege-
neration on the base of water consumption (par.5.7).
In the Cronometric modality, the softener will follow the rege-
neration at days set by us (par.5.2).
At the end of the setting, based on the model of NOA, you will
need to set how to monitor salt control.
The NOA models could be:
NOA with the device for detecting water salinity
Product Code AAN77G and AAN77GY (Fig.4, A).
Product Code AAN07G and AAN07GY
Product Code AAN08G and AAN08GY
NOA without the device for detecting water salinity.
Product Code AAN77BG and AAN77BGY (Fig.4, B).
Product Code AAN07BG and AAN07BGY
Product Code AAN08BG and AAN08BGY
In the first case the device (fig.4, A) perceives the salinity of
the water coming from the brine tank. During the regeneration
and warns when the salt will be really over.
The NOA Version without this device (fig. 4, B) will remind the
operator to check the presence of salt, after having performed
a specific regeneration number.

chronometric mode: by setting one or more pre-set days (pa-
