To stop the blender, turn the knob to the MIN position or press the power button. To return to
standby mode, press this button again for one second.
Self-cleaning function
Press the self-cleaning function button. The indicator light for this function will turn on and the
others will turn off. The blender will run intermittently for 10 cycles, each cycle with 6 seconds
of operation and 3 seconds of pause. If you wish to stop the blender, simply press the self-
cleaning function or the power button again. If necessary, you can repeat the programme.
Ice crush function
Press the button for the ice crush function. The indicator light for this function will turn on and
the others will turn off. The blender will run intermittently for 20 cycles, each cycle with 0.5
seconds of operation and 2.5 seconds of pause. If you wish to stop the blender, simply press
the ice crush function button or the power button again.
Warning: The appliance holds up to 8 ice cubes at a time (suggested size 45 mm x 26 mm x 30
mm).
Smoothie function
Press the button for the smoothie function. The indicator light for this function will turn on and
the others will turn off. The blender will stop automatically after 1 minute at maximum speed.
If you want the blender to stop, you can press the Smoothie function button again or the power
button.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. To clean the blades properly, first rinse the jug with water. Fill the jug with 400 ml of
lukewarm water and add some detergent soap. Close the jug with the lid and run the
blender with the Turbo function in 2-second cycles. Repeat the process as many times as
necessary.
2. To finish cleaning the blender, turn the knob to the "MIN" position and always disconnect
the blender from the mains after each use and before cleaning.
3. Run the blender blade under the tap and clean it with a brush. Do not immerse it in any
liquid.
4. Use water to clean the jug. Do not use chemical or harsh abrasive cleaning agents.
5. Never immerse the main body of the blender (main unit) in water or any other liquid.
6. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the main body of the blender (main unit). Do not clean this
part with a wet cloth.
7. Dry all parts and put them in place.
