Reversing switch action
For 6904VH (Fig. 3)
This machine has a reversing switch to change the
direction of rotation. Press the upper side (FWD side)
of the switch for clockwise rotation or the lower side
(REV side) of switch for counterclockwise rotation.
For 6905H (Fig. 4)
This machine has a reversing switch to change the
direction of rotation. Press the right side (F side) of
switch for clockwise rotation or the left side (R side) of
the switch for counterclockwise rotation.
Operation
The proper fastening torque may differ depending upon the kind or size of the bolt. The relation between
fastening torque and fastening time is shown in the figures below.
For 6904VH
– Standard bolt –
M16 x 50 at high speed
– High tensile bolt –
M12 x 50 at
high speed
M10 x 50 at high speed

M16 x 50 at low speed
M12 x 50 at high speed
M12 x 50 at low speed
M10 x 50 at low speed
M10 x 50 at high speed

CAUTION:
• Always check the direction of rotation before opera-
tion.
• Use the reversing switch only after the machine
comes to a complete stop. Changing the direction of
rotation before the machine stops may damage the
machine.
Speed change (Fig. 5)
For 6904VH only
Slide the speed change lever to ''H'' side (lower side)
for higher speed or to ''L'' side (upper side) for lower
speed.
