Do not use the product if it is defective, damaged or missing parts.
By using the California dreaming bassinet manufactured by Venice child the buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Limit
set forth by VENICE CHILD,LLC .

1. LIMITED WARRANTY RIGHTS APPLY ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER
Subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth below, only an original purchaser in a country expressly approved by V
product must be purchased from us or from one of our authorized resellers or distributors has rights under this Limited Warrant y.
Resale of the product by the original purchaser for sale will void warranty, example purchasing or obtaining the product via co
stores, craigslist, eBay, Amazon 3rd party sales ,goodwill, donations, promotions and so forth.
Consignment stores , any 3rd party sales will not be warrantied .
Product must be registered with in 30 days of purchase to obtain a warranty.
Claims for warranty for hard goods parts must be done 3 months from ship/ received date of purchase.
The warranty or any claims must be made within 3 months of purchase of the product.
Warranty period is 12mths for soft goods parts, bags ,zippers, inner or outer fabrics.
All parts and accessories must be shipped back at your expense, no exceptions.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Venice child warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) mon ths from the
date of shipment ("Warranty Period"). If a Product is returned to us during the Warranty Period as provided below, and we deter mine that the
Product is defective, Venice child I will, at its sole discretion either: (i) repair the Product, (ii) replace the Product or a ny defective components
or parts with a new or refurbished Product, component or part, or (iii) refund the original purchase price in return for the Pr oduct. If the
Warranty Period has expired or is otherwise not applicable as per the Scope and Limitation on Warranty (below), we will return the Product to

2.RETURN AND WARRANTY SERVICE PROCESS
Please review our policy for warranty before you purchase the product. Failure to return any of the accessories may result in a delay of refund
payment or service and/or result in a reduction of your refund, a credit to or an invoice for the missing accessories.
3.REPLACEMENT PARTS; VENICE CHILD,LLC DETERMINATION OF PRODUCT STATUS
In performing service under this Limited Warranty, we may furnish replacement parts on an exchange basis in which event replace
become the property of Venice child lIc. Replacement parts provided by us will be new or refurbished and of comparable quality
versions of the product ,the part or product may be changed due to safety standards requirements, we are not responsible for co st of updated
version of the product. You will be responsible to purchase updated parts or entirely new products if ASTM or CPSC requires us
change or update the product to the latest standards.
You agree to reimburse us for the inspection, testing and repair of returned products determined by us not to be defective or w hich falls
under one of the warranty exclusions described below. In all cases, our determination as to whether or not the product is defec tive and
determine not to be defective. Any replacement Product or part thereof will be warrantied for a period of 3 MONTHS from shipm ent. We
reserve the right to change the method by which we may provide warranty service to you, and the eligibility of your Product to
particular method of service.
4.LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
Our warranty obligations related to the Product under this Limited Warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of defecti ve Products or
parts thereof as described in the Limited Warranty section above. This warranty does not cover customer training and education,
set up or adjustment.
THE PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDEDTO STOP ANY MEDICAL CONDITION The Product is not
a medical device .This product will not stop SIDS,this product is only to help you be close to your infant so you can have clo
your infant. The intended use of the product is for use of co sleeping to help prevent smothering. The intended use of the prod
a safer environment for co sleeping.
VENICE CHILD,LLC makes no warranty or representation that the use of the Product (with or without any third-party product or
constitutes medical treatment. You understand and acknowledge that VENICE CHILD,LLC products or its associated Services will n
emergency authorities in the event of an emergency. VENICE CHILD,LLC customer care contacts cannot be considered a medical boar
treatment, advice or institution . If you have an emergency or a medical concern, it is your responsibility to seek medical a ssistance via
