3.1. DISMANTLING THE VITROCERAMIC GLASS WORK-
TOP
Lift the worktop as shown in the following figures, pull it
towards the front (FIG. 10) and lift it (FIG. 11).
3.2. ASSANBLE THE VITROCERAMIC GLASS WORK-
TOP
Proceed in reverse order to mount the vitroceramic
glass worktop.
If you want to cook on the cast iron under worktops:
Lift the vitroceramic glass worktop until you get an
angle of approximately 90°.
Lower the retaining rod that is located on the left-
hand side
Put it into the hole in the framework of the enam-
elled worktop.
Make sure that the retaining rod is properly fixed
and there is no possibility that the vitroceramic
glass worktop can come loose (Figure 17).

FIG. 15
Before putting the vitroceramic glass worktop in
place, check that the cast iron under worktops are
centred with respect to the frame of the worktop
(Figure 18).
Take special care when lowering the vitroceramic
glass worktop. Do it slowly to make sure that it
goes down easily without coming into contact with
the cast iron under worktops.
If, when lowering the worktop, it brushes against
the cast iron under-worktops, it means that the un-
der-worktops are not in the optimum position.
Raise the vitroceramic glass worktop, put the re-
taining rod in place, locking the worktop in the
raised position, and reposition the cast iron under-
worktops.
