5.1 Safety instructions and installation and first start-up
5.2 Assembly
5.2.1 Requirements for the installation site
•
The foundation must be designed for the anticipated static and dynamic loads.
•
The foundation must be flat and solid.
•
The room must be frost-proof.
•
The room must be covered and dry.
•
The room must not have an aggressive atmosphere.
•
Condensation may damage the system components; ensure the room is well ventilated.
•
The room must be furnished with adequate lighting (at least 200lx).
•
Guarantee ease-of-access for service work.
•
Observe the minimum installation dimensions according to the installation plan. (See chapter 3.1)
•
The system components must be easy to access for cleaning.
•
The capacity of the floor drain and channel to be provided must be the correct size.
•
The floor drain must be resistant to the fluids used.
•
No vibrations must be transferred to the product from the peripheral equipment

Installation and first start-up should only be carried out by an installation
mechanic!
•
Work on the electrical equipment may only be carried out by electricians.
•
The electrical equipment in the system must be inspected regularly.
•
Loose connections and damaged components must be secured or
replaced immediately.
WARNING!
Danger to life as a result of faulty installation and first start-up!
Errors during installation may lead to life-threatening situations or cause
significant material damage.
•
Do not climb on the control system or its cabling.
•
Maintenance and cleaning work may only be carried out by specialists
when the control system is switched off, disconnected from the mains and
cooled down.
