3. Tighten the 45º bevel adjustment stop locking nut
and the bevel locking knob.
90º (0º) bevel pointer adjustment
1. Place the blade exactly 90º to the table.
2. Loosen the bevel scale indicator screw using a
proper screwdriver.
3. Adjust the bevel indicator to the 0º mark on the
bevel scale.
4. Retighten the bevel indicator screw.
Sliding bars locking knob
1. Tighten the locking knob
to prevent the sliding bars
movement.
NOTE! To reach a full cutting
capacity, sliding movement of
the bars is required for most
operations.
Dust extraction bag
To mount the dust extraction bag:
1. Open the spring clip.
2. Fit the dust bag over the neck of the dust extrac-
tion port.
3. Release the clip.
To empty the dust bag:
1. Pinch the spring clip.
2. Remove the bag from the dust extraction port.
3. Open the zipper on the underside of the dust bag.
4. Empty the waste into a container.
Laser guide battery installation
1. Open the cover located on the switch handle.
2. Insert the two batteries.
3. Close the battery cover.
Removing the saw blade
1. Place the cutting head to the upright position.
2. Raise the lower blade guard to the "up" position.
3. Loosen the outer-most screw, without removing it,
securing blade bold cover plate.
4. Rotate the cover plate upwards to expose the bla-
de bolt and outer blade collar.
5. Pressing the spindle lock button, use the blade
spanner to loosen the blade bolt.
6. Remove the blade bolt, outer blade collar and the
blade from the spindle.
Installing the saw blade
1. Place the cutting head to the upright position.
2. Raise the lower blade guard to the "up" position.
3. Place the blade onto the spindle, making sure the
rotational arrows on the blade and the upper guard
point into the same direction.
4. Place the outer blade collar and bolt onto the
spindle.
5. Press the spindle lock button.
6. Start tightening the blade bolt to secure the blade
in place, the spindle will engage.
7. Fully tighten the blade bolt keeping the spindle
lock button pressed.
8. Rotate the cover plate to the initial position until
the slot in the cover plate engages with the ou-
ter-most screw.
9. Tighten the screw with a proper screwdriver.
10. Lower the blade guard to its original position.
NOTE! Never operate the saw if the cover plate is not
secured and properly fixed to avoid the saw blade to
come off.
Replacing the table inserts
1. Remove the screws holding it in position.
2. Remove the old table insert and fit the new one
in place.
3. Retighten the screws.
