IMPORTANT: After cleaning or fixing, make sure the boiler operates correctly. Once you turn the boiler off or
during the seasons when you do not use it, disconnect the stove to avoid electronic damages.
LUBRICATION OF MOVING PARTS AND REPLACEMENT OF WEARING PARTS.
To minimize friction and avoid premature wear in some moving parts of the boiler, the mechanisms and
pieces described in the following sections must be lubricated (using the recommended products) at least once a
year.
6.12. Worm screw in the fuel feeding system. (Multipurpose lithium grease, NLGI: 2). (2 lubrication points).
By removing the hopper's front lining, we may access the worm screw bushings. Apply the grease between
the bushings and the screw.


6.13. Worm screw in the fuel feeding VAP24 and VAP 5-20 system. (Multipurpose lithium grease, NLGI: 2). (2
lubrication points).
We can access the lower bushing of the endless screw by removing the right-hand lining. To access the upper
one, we must remove the endless screw. Lubricate between the bushings and the shaft of the endless screw.

