Install the vertical posts [5] and the slanting posts [6] on the base cover [3], then mount the
upper frame [7] (see figures AA, BB, CC).

Install the vertical shelf supports [10] in the slots of the base cover [3] and the upper frame
[7], then fit the shelf supports [11] and shelves [12] onto the shelf supports [10] (see figure
D-D).
3)
Loosen the glass clamp [E], mount the side glass [15] and tighten the glass clamp [E] (see
figure E-E).
4)
Install the handles [14] to the front [13] and rear [16] glass doors, and then install the glass
doors in the product frame.
3.4.
Working with the device
1)
Place the water container inside the device. Then fill the container with water (0.6 liters).
2)
Connect the device to the power supply and connect the lighting power cord, if necessary.
3)
Turn on the device with the "POWER" button, the power LED lights up.
4)
Turn on the lighting with the "LIGHT" button.
5)
Select the desired temperature by turning the knob, the heating LED will light up. When the
device reaches the set temperature, heating will start cycling.
6)
Place the food inside the device. Caution! The appliance heats up to high temperatures,
therefore protective gloves should be worn during use.
7)
After use, turn off the device and unplug it from the power supply, then clean it.
3.5.
Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning, adjusting or
replacing accessories and when the unit is not in use.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
c)
Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food contact surfaces may be used to clean the
unit.
d)
After each cleaning, all parts should be thoroughly dried before the device is reused.
e)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
f)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
g)
Make sure that no water enters through the ventilation openings in the casing.
h)
Clean the ventilation openings with a brush and compressed air.
i)
Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any damages.
j)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
k)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. wire brush or metal spatula) as they may damage
the surface of the material from which the appliance is made.
l)
Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical agents, thinners, fuel, oils, or other
chemicals. It may cause damage to the device.
