Problem
The product does not connect
to WiFi.

Cleaning

NOTE!
If water or other liquids enter the housing, they can cause a short
circuit.
- Do not immerse the product, power cable, power plug or power
adapter in water or other liquids.
- Do not let water and other liquids penetrate the product.
NOTE!
Improper assembly can damage the product.
- Do not use any aggressive cleaners, sharp or metal cleaning
utensils such as knives, hard scrapers or similar items. These
could damage the surfaces.
- Never wash the product in the dishwasher. This would destroy
it.
Carry out the cleaning weekly.
1. Turn the Robot Vacuum Cleaner product upside down.

Weak WiFi signal or
connection problems
Risk of short circuit!
Risk of damage!

Make sure that the product
has sufficient signal strength
available.
Restart the WiFi router.
Update the app.
