ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
The heater arrives in its packaging, consisting of two
primary components securely nested together. These
components include the top burner assembly (A), and the
body (B), and the base (C). See Figure 1. Carefully remove
and separate these pieces, setting them aside for further
assembly.
NOTE: The handle is also packeded separately; set aside for
assembly.

2. First, connect the base (C) to the body (B). The base is
provided with two studs spaced 180 degrees apart, which
will smoothly slide into the slots located on the underside
of the body. Refer to Figure 2.

3. After inserting the base into the body, twist it slightly until
the holes situated 90 degrees away from the studs align
through both the base and body. See Figure 3.

4. Fasten the base to the body utilizing the two nuts and
bolts that come with the heater. See Figure 4.

NOTE: The top edge of the body is shipped with a rubber
protective coating, this can be removed before assembly.
5. Position the top burner assembly in an upright position
onto the body. The hinge, which is already connected to
the top portion, will align with the holes located at the rear
of the body. See Figure 5.
6. Secure the bottom part of the hinge to the body with the
screws provided. See Figure 5.
NOTE: To assist in fastening the screws, you may need to
reach through the side openings of the body to ensure the
hinge is properly secured.
