Attention!
Remove any paper clips, staples, rubber bands and other foreign bodies from the
material before inserting it in the shredder. Do not insert any unopened or folded
correspondence in the automatic infeed. Shred individual sheets of paper in the manual
infeed.
Shredding Material Manually
Important!
Risk of property damage through material jam! Observe the maximum cutting capacity of the
manual infeed. It is recommended to insert maximally 9 sheets of paper at a time or credit cards
individually.

Insert the material to be shredded in the centre of the manual infeed slot.
Î The manual infeed slot draws the material in automatically and stops when no more
material is fed in.
On rare occasions, it is possible that the sensors do not detect the material inserted.

Press the "Forward" button and keep it pressed.
Î The material is then drawn in and shredded.

Release the "Forward" button.
The operating cycle of the manual infeed is 3 minutes.
Shredding Material Using the Automatic Infeed

Take hold of the front edge of the automatic infeed and open it completely.

You can lay up to 100 sheets of paper in the automatic infeed.
Î The material is then drawn in individually and shredded.
Î The device stops when there is no more material in the automatic infeed.
The operating cycle of the automatic infeed is 10 minutes.
Switching the Shredder Off
Switch the shredder off when you no longer need to use it.

Switch the device off by pressing the "Power (On/Off)" button.
Î The shredder is switched off.

Disconnect the power plug from the power socket if the shredder will not be used for a longer
period of time.
