Operating Instructions
The blower impeller must be clear of any obstructions that would cause the
blade to jam. Secure the unit as mentioned above before turning on. The
defogger works using a tactile switch or momentary rocker switch on 2
settings and these setting are cycled between speeds. If momentary rocker
switch is used both the switch ends will be shorted and functions as one
contact as per Beneteau's circuit.

Warning:
• This unit to be installed on the small craft of hull length up to 24M only.
• Do not install/ mount the defogger unit in areas that have potential
source of ignition or flammable gasses, vapours or explosive dust that are
liable to accumulate.
• Do not use it in Engine Compartment/ Hazardous Environment.
• Do not use/ route the unit below anticipated levels of bilge water or other
areas where water can accumulate.
• Do not position too close to any objects that may be drawn into the blades
and stop the airflow
• Do not use outdoors
• Do not use on wet surfaces or immerse in water
• Never allow water to drip into motor housing
• Do not use if wires become frayed or brittle
• Do not use near fireplaces, furnaces, stoves or high temperature heat
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
