After the correct connection, the charging indicator
light is always on
Ensure the lead wire is connected correctly to the
device and ear clips.
Ensure there is a good connection between ear
lobes and ear clips.
Improve conductivity by applying water to the
rubber ends of the ear clips or by wiping with a
disinfecting wet wipe.
Increase intensity.
Ensure session is started after treatment time has
been selected by pressing the power button.
