4. Install the Overflow Hood
Insert the lift rod assembly into the overflow ell.
Tighten the overflow hood to the overflow ell with the two
screws provided.
Assemble the handle to the overflow hood with the provided
screws.
It may be necessary to adjust the handle to the desired position.
Test the drain for proper operation. There should be some free
movement of the handle.
If the handle movement is excessive or the drain does not seal,
adjust the linkage following the steps in the next section.
