CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.To avoid accidents, please turn off and unplug the water cooler from the outlet
before cleaning.
2.You can use a soft, damp cloth to clean the surface of the water cooler. DO NOT
use erosive chemical solvents to clean the unit, as this may damage the surface of
the water cooler.
DO NOT pour water on the outside of the unit to avoid wetting the internal electrical
system. DO NOT immerse the unit in water when cleaning.
4.The water bottle cap, hose and drip tray are dishwasher safe (top rack only).
5.Keep the water cooler 6 inches away from the wall for proper operation. Make sure
that all ventilation openings are free of obstructions.
6.Do not damage the heating or cooling system, paying special attention to the black
condenser or heat radiator.

7.Make sure the drain plug is tightened securely when finished.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Refer to the troubleshooting table below for several common problems that you can fix
at home, so there is no need to call customer service.
PROBLEMS
The appliance does not
dispense hot or cold water
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The unit is unplugged.
The main power supply is switched off.
Damaged water dispenser
The water bottle cap is not properly attached to the water
cooler connector.
SOLUTIONS
Plug the power cord into a power outlet.
Restore the main power supply.
Replace the dispenser.
This is when the hose cap will connect properly over
the connector.
