IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed to reduce the risk
of fire, electric shock, and personal injury or property damage. Read all instructions before using
any appliance.
1. Do not allow hot water to touch bare skin. Keep combustible material such as furniture,
bedding, pillows, clothing and/or papers away from the back of the unit.
2. Do not operate this or any other appliance with a damaged power cord. Do not plug any other
appliance into the same outlet. Make sure that the plug is fully inserted into the outlet.
Do not run the power cord over rugs or other heat insulators. Do not cover the cord. Keep the
cord away from high traffic areas and do not immerse it in water.
4. We do not recommend the use of extension cords, as they may overheat and cause a fire
hazard.
5. Exercise caution and use reasonable supervision when the appliance is used by or near
children.
Do not use the water dispenser outdoors. Place the water dispenser away from direct sunlight
and make sure there is at least 4 inches of space between the back of your unit and the wall.
Keep a minimum of 2 inches clear on either side of your unit.
7. Do not use this product to dispense anything other than water.
8. To avoid a hazard due to instability of the unit, the unit must be placed on a flat, even surface.
9. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or
a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
10. This water source must be positioned so that the plug is accessible.
11. Disconnect the plug from the outlet when not in use.
12. Remove the plug or disconnect it from the main power supply before servicing the
appliance.
13. Caution for children: While the machine is operating, do not let children play with the
machine, to avoid any sudden scalding.
14. Caution for children: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
