USE THE BRAKE
Push on the brake
pedal to stop the
rear wheel and pull
off to release as in
Fig.7 & 8.
SWIVEL FRONT WHEEL SYSTEM
As shown in Figure 9, the front wheel
can rotate 360 degrees when the
handbrake is pulled down, and then
the handbrake is pulled up, and the
front wheel will travel in a straight line.
