Adding Water
Adding water from the lower water tank: first unlock the 2 side buckles on the
lower water tank, and remove the whole body from the lower water tank. You
can take out the lower water tank separately and add water to it, or use a
container to get water and add the water to it, then install it after adding
water.
Adding water from the upper water tank: first flip open the cover of the upper
water tank, and add water to it. Do not add water too fast as it might cause
water overflow leading to electrical component damage and danger. Also,
pay attention to the water level display when adding water.
--The water level in the water tank must be lower than "MAX" when adding
water.
--The water level in the water tank must reach at least "MIN" when the
appliance is working for cooling and humidifying.
--The frozen ice crystal boxes (or ices) can be put into the upper water tank
for cooler winds.

Adding Ice Crystal Boxes
The frozen ice crystal boxes cool down the water temperature in the water tank
below the ambient temperature. So the appliance with the frozen ice crystal
boxes can generate cooler winds.
--Put the ice crystal boxes in a freezer and take them out when they are
completely frozen.
--Flip open the cover of the upper water tank, and put the frozen ice crystal
boxes into it.
--The appliance comes with two ice crystal boxes so that you can always have
a replacement with a frozen one.
