6) To clean the interdental spaces, slowly guide the nozzle
from interdental space to interdental space on the inner and outer sides of your
teeth. To massage your gums, point the nozzle
slowly over your gums.
The length of the process will depend on how much cleaning the interdental spaces
require. Continue cleaning until your teeth feel clean.
When massaging your gums, use the water jet flosser for as long as you find the
massage comfortable.
