Espresso Preparing:
Open the Cover.
The Espresso Carafe has markings for the amount of water filling for 2 and 4 cups of Espresso.
Prepare the number of Espresso cups by referring to the corresponding marking.
Open the Espresso Machine Lock and fill in the corresponding water quantity into the Espresso
Machine Water tank.
Turn the Espresso Machine Lock tightly.
Put the corresponding amount of Espresso coffee powder into the Espresso Filter with the Measuring
Spoon with reference to the markings inside the Espresso Filter.
Press the coffee softly with the head of the Measuring Spoon; Do not press too tightly as this may
cause congestion and overflowing.
Pull back the Filter Lock and insert the Espresso Filter Holder from below in the Strainer. The
Espresso Filter Holder Handle must in the direction of the arrow
Handle to the right on position LOCK until it stop.
Put the Espresso Carafe on the Gird in the Collection Tray and bring the notch in the Espresso
Carafe Cover under the opening of the Espresso Filter Holder.
Pull out the Power Cord from the Power Plug Storage at the back of the 3-in-1 Coffee Maker.
Connect the Power Plug with the mains supply.
Press the ON/OFF Switch (Espresso Machine) to position "—". Turn the Steam and Espresso
Controller on the Espresso position. The Indicator light in the ON/OFF Switch (Espresso Machine)
will turn on and the brewing process starts.
After approx. 2-3 minutes the water is heated up and Espresso coffee pour into the Espresso Carafe.
If the filled water quantity is passed, turn the Steam and Espresso Controller to position "0" and turn
the ON/OFF Switch (Espresso Machine) to position "O" to turn off the 3-in-1 Coffee Maker. Hold the
Espresso Carafe only by its Handle.
The Espresso Carafe is hot and may burn your hand.
Milk Foaming (For Cappuccino) Preparing:
The water quantity for the preparation of cappuccino is larger. Fill-in water for 2 cups of cappuccino
between the marking 2 and 4 at the Espresso Carafe. Pour water for 4 cups until lower end of the
metal strap.
The milk can be foamed up after the Espresso is prepared.
Fill into a heat resistant container approx. 100ml of milk and hold it under the Steam Nozzle.
Consider that approximately the double volume of the cold milk is produced after the milk is foamed
up
The Steam Nozzle should always be dipped under the surface of the milk since otherwise the milk
may splash out of the container.
Dive the Steam Nozzle nearly under the surface of the milk but not too deep. When the volume has
been doubled, dive the Steam Nozzle more deeply into milk to heat up approx. 65 - 75 .
Note: Do not boil the milk. You recognize this if the volume suddenly rises and great bubbles forms.
Turn the Steam and Espresso Controller slowly the left from the position "0" to position Steam"
Control the steam strength by the Steam and Espresso Controller. The maximum amount of the
steam leaves if the Steam and Espresso controller is turned in the direction of "
steam is pumped out into the Steam Nozzle and the milk can be foamed up.
As soon as enough milk is famed up. Turn back the Steam and Espresso Controller to position "0"
