TROUBLESHOOTING CODES
During operation under certain conditions, your machine may display
one of the following error codes. Please follow the chart below to fix.

Heating element damage.

Issue with upper water level
sensor.

Issue with lower water level
sensor.
Hot water dispenser does not

Solution

Connect to a water source or switch
to manual mode and pour water
into the hot water dispenser.
Once water is at proper fill level,
alarm will stop and the machine
will begin heating.
Ensure hot water dispenser is on
a level surface.
Ensure the connection to the water
supply is open and water line
pressure is running properly.
If the problem persists, consult
customer service or a local service
center.
Disconnect plug and reconnect
to outlet. Ensure plug is properly
inserted into outlet. Check circuit
breaker and reset.
If the problem persists, consult
customer service or a local service
center.
Shut off the water supply, drain
excess water. Alarm should go off.
If problem persists, contact a
service center.
If this Error is seen in manual
mode, dispense some water from
the spigot.
