Cleaning the reader
Abrasion and dirty wash cards can cause
residue on the reader head.
 Moisten the cleaning card with alcohol.
 Reinsert the card into the wash card
reader several times.
 Check the function of the wash card
reader.

The warranty terms published by the rele-
vant sales company are applicable in each
country. We will repair potential failures of
your appliance within the warranty period
free of charge, provided that such failure is
caused by faulty material or defects in man-
ufacturing. In the event of a warranty claim
please contact your dealer or the nearest
authorized Customer Service centre.
Please submit the proof of purchase.
Troubleshooting
Malfunctions at coin mechanism
Remedy
Heater resistors must be warm, otherwise, call
customer service.
Insert the wash card with the arrow on top and
pointing into the direction of the wash card read-
er.
Use a different wash card.
Clean the reader (see "Cleaning the reader").
Replace the light bulb.
Switch the washing station on.
Replace the fuse.
Reset the washing station. Observe the operat-
ing instructions for this. Call customer service if
necessary.
