Power button
• Once the fryer rack and basket are properly seated in the main housing, the power light
will illuminate.
• By selecting the power key, the default temperature of the unit will be 200ºC, while the
cooking time will be set to 15 minutes, you can change it at any time.
• Selecting the power key a second time will start the cooking process.
• Pressing the power key for 3 seconds to close the whole device during cooking. All the
lights go out and the fan stops working.
Note: During cooking, you can touch the power button to control the pause and start of
cooking.
mode change button
• Selecting the mode toggle button will allow you to scroll through the 8 popular food mode
options there are.
• Once selected, the Preset Cook Time and Temperature feature will begin.

Increase and decrease button
• Pressing the + or - keys increases or decreases the temperature or cooking time.
Temperature button
• Press the temperature button and then the "+ or -" keys to select the desired cooking tem-
perature.
• The temperature will change 5 by 5 with a range from 80ºC to 200ºC. If you hold down the
key the temperature will change rapidly.
Time button
• Press the time button and then the "+ or -" keys to select the cooking time you want.
• If you hold down the time key, the time will change rapidly.
