Under abusive conditions, liquid may be
ejected from the battery; avoid contact.
If contact accidentally occurs, flush with
water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally
seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the
battery may cause irritation or burns.
2.8.4 Safety warnings battery.
WARNING
Do not open the battery. Danger of short
circuiting.
Protect the battery against heat, e. g.,
against continuous intense sunlight, fire,
water, and moisture. Danger of explosion.
In case of damage and improper use of the
battery, vapours may be emitted. Provide
for fresh air and seek medical help in case
of complaints. The vapours can irritate the
respiratory system.
Use the battery only in conjunction with
your Mixpac dispenser. This measure alone
protects the battery against dangerous overload.
Use only original Mixpac batteries nr.
90040K / 90042K with the voltage listed on
the identification plate of your dispenser.
When using other batteries, e. g. imitations,
reconditioned batteries or other brands, there
is danger of injury as well as property damage
through exploding batteries.

3.3 Functional description
 
Set the "Manual/Repeat switch" (9) in position "Repeat" for

repeat mode or position "Manual" for manual mode. In posi-
tion "Locked" the dispenser is locked (see section 3.3.1)
Press the "trigger" (10) to activate the electrical motor, on the

drive unit. The piston (2) extends and forces material from the
cartridge.

The compounds being dispensed from the cartridge (A) are
■ ■
simultaneously fed into the static mixer (B). The flow rate can
be adjusted by the adjustment wheel (11), or by the variable
trigger (10).
Press the "release button" (8), and retract the piston (2) ma-

nually by pulling the "rack and rod holder" (6), so the cartridge
can be removed/replaced
Cartridge (A) and mixer (B) are not part the sco-
pe of delivery. Only use cartridges and mixers
that are approved for the force the dispenser
provide, see the force on the identification plate
(see section 1.3)
3.3.1 Manual/Repeat switch (9)
The trigger is locked.

How to record/store a cycle:
Set the "manual/repeat switch" in

Dispense the amount to be repeated

Set „manual/repeat switch" to

„Repeat". Now the dispenser is ready
to repeat the recorded/stored cycle.

3.3.2 Trigger (10)
The dispenser is active when the trigger (10) with variable ad-
justment is activated.

Anti-drip:
The piston (2) is driven slightly backwards when the trigger (10)
is released (ensure minimal reflux)
Fast forward:
The piston is quickly driven forward to the starting position, when
activating the trigger.
3.3.3 Adjustment wheel (11)
The adjustment wheel defines the maximum speed, when the
trigger (10) is fully pressed.
When the adjustment wheel is set to 0, the dispenser cannot run
3.3.4 Stop (7)
When the stop is activated, the dispenser will drive backwards,
and the light will blink.
3.3.5 Release button (8)
When pressing the "release button" (8), the rods can manually
be pulled back, or pressed forward.
3.3.6 Eye for fastening a support strap (13)
The dispenser is provided with eyes for fastening a support strap
(410244). Dispensers with the weight > 5 kg. Should be carried
with a shoulder strap. (EN 614)
