MAINTENANCE AND DIAGNOSIS OF FAILURES
1
MAINTENANCE
Before
carrying
operation, disconnect the device from the
power supply.
O
If you have to dismount the operator from its
supports, first tighten the discharge screw in
order to prevent the hydraulic fluid from
leaking.

The photocell detects an obstacle
The resistance of the gate has
increased when closing (or when
opening)

closing (or opening) is too low
The assembly levels of the supports
have not been respected.
1 Regularly check the installation in order to discover
any imbalance or signs of deterioration or wear. Do
not use the device if any repair or adjustment is
necessary.
2 Clean and lubricate the articulations of the gate, so
as not to increase the effort of the operator.
3 Check that the controls and photocells, as well as
their installation, have not suffered any damage
from the weather or external agents.
Solution
Restore the power supply
Check that the installation does
not present any short-circuits or
cut-off points
Check these elements, using their
respective manuals
Check the state of the capacitor
Dismount the supports and then
put them back in place, respecting
the assembly levels
Using the corresponding wrench,
position the screw in "automatic
operation lock" position.
Remove the support pieces and
mount them again, ensuring the
operator is horizontal
Move the front support
Remove the obstacle and try again
Check the moving parts of the gate
and remove the resistance
Use the o penin g and closin g
pressure adjustment screws to
increase the thrust when opening
or closing
Dismount the supports and then
put them back in place, respecting
the assembly levels
