to the roller bearings, etc., resulting in abnormal noise or other problems, just adjust the running belt to
not slip, which is the most suitable.
B.Running belt alignment adjustment
When you use a walking pad treadmill, the pressure on the running belt is unbalanced due to the
different forces used by the two feet when running, causing the running belt to deviate from the center.
This deviation is normal, it will automatically return to center when no one is running on the running
belt. If you can't get back to center, you need to bring the belt back to center.
Run the walking pad treadmill with no load, adjust the speed to the 6th gear, and observe the
distance from the running to the left and right side bars:
● If it is to the left, use a hexagonal wrench to turn the left screw 1/4 turn clockwise;
● If it deviates to the right, use a hexagonal wrench to turn the right screw 1/4 turn clockwise;
● If the walking belt is still not in the middle, repeat the above actions until it is adjusted to the middle.
After adjusting the running belt to the middle, adjust the speed to 6th gear, and observe the deviation
of the running belt and the smoothness of the running. If there is a deviation, repeat the adjustment
steps.
Warning: Do not over-tighten the rollers. This will cause permanent damage to the bearing.
Lubricating oil
The walking pad treadmill is lubricated when it leaves the factory, but the lubricity of the walking pad
treadmill is often checked, which will help the walking pad treadmill to maintain its best use. The
walking pad treadmill must be lubricated after one year of use or 100 hours of operation.
After every 30 hours or 30 days of use, when the walking pad treadmill is stationary, pull the running
belt from the side and reach out to touch the surface of the treadmill as far as possible. If you feel
lubricating oil, you do not need to add lubricating oil; if you touch the surface When there is a strong dry
feeling, please follow the instructions below to refuel.
(Please use lubricating oil not made of petroleum)
How to add lubricating oil, please operate as shown in the figure below, open the
decorative refueling cover on the left front side of the side strip, use scissors or a utility
knife
and then
end of the lubricating oil bottle into the filling pipe on the platform and then fill in the oil
A . If the running belt is too loose, please insert the provided hexagonal
wrench into the adjustment hole of the left foot guard of the walking pad
treadmill, turn it 1/4 turn clockwise, and then adjust the right foot guard by
1/ clockwise. 4 laps, note that the left and right must be adjusted
synchronously, so that the running belt can be tightened and the running
belt will not deviate from the center point. If the running belt is too tight,
adjust the left and right synchronously counterclockwise
Note: The walking belt cannot be adjusted too tightly. This will damage the
running belt, increase the pressure of the front/rear rollers, cause damage
to cut the lubricating oil bottle according to the size shown in the figure below,
add oil as shown in the figure at the bottom. Insert the thin rod at the front
