MAINTENANCE
Any cleaning procedure is forbidden
before disconnecting the unit from the
power supply.
Check for the absence of voltage before
proceeding.
Periodic maintenance is fundamental to
keep the unit in perfect efficiency both
functionally and for energy.
It is fundamental to provide annual
checks for:

MECHANICAL CHECKS

CHECK:
The state of the structure.
Treat any oxidised parts with paint
designed to eliminate or reduce ef-
fects of oxidation.
Filter cleaning.
The cleaning of the filters is funda-
mental to maintain a high standard
of air quality in the space. The syn-
thetic filters can be cleaned with a
jet of compressed air or they can be
cleaned in cold water. To remove
the filters follow these instructions:
- remove the inspection panels
- withdraw the filters;
- carry out filter cleaning
- refit all components in reverse order.
Cleaning the condensate drain tray.
Dirt can accumulate in the conden-
sate drain tray. It is recommended to
regularly clean the tray and check
for clogging of the discharge tube.
To clean the condensate drain tray of the
heat recovery unit follow these instruc-
tions:
- remove the inspection panels
- carry out tray cleaning
- refit all components in reverse order.
Heat exchanger
WARNING!: To remove the heat ex-
changer use only the strap as shown
in the diagram.
Cleaning of the heat exchanger is
with a vacuum cleaner. Do not use
water or chemical agents.
To remove the heat exchanger fol-
low these instructions:
- remove the inspection panels
- remove the heat exchanger from its
mount using only the strap as shown
in the diagram
- carry out heat exchanger cleaning
- refit all components in reverse order.
