The system display some information
Explication
At the end of a fix while user don't
release lever, is possible to see the
fix time, useful to set min and max
time in menu.
Indicate an error about a fixage
complete under minimum time
The fixage is not stopped by torque
but because the fix time is going over
max time setted on menu
Screw driver fix a screw under
nominal speed.A motor required
some time to arrive at the speed set.
A fixage into this time is considered wrong
The screw is fix during ramp phase setted
into menu, therefore it need to reduce the
percentage of ramp
When is set an hard joint and the screw is
fixed under break time the fix is wrong
because the fixage speed is wrong
If speed set is not OFF, after a correct fix
the system automatically refix the screw.
If user relase lever the system stop the
defix, but if is not finish it is an error.
If screw driver controller is out of control for Probably the speed set is too low for
a fixage problem, the unit automatically stop the torque set. Reduce the torque
screw driver and show you this message
In the rear of the unit there is an external
contact that stop screw driver and all
function of display until user don't relase this
The system is saving the data changed,
therefore don't turn off the unit during this time
Into menu some choice is not possible
because with some model of screw driver
not function, for example a torque
percentage regulation don't work with
clutch model because torque regulation
is mechanically to the screw driver
When user is using an electronic screw
driver (not with cluch) if select hard joint
some regulation (like speed) is automatically from soft to hard
set, other regulation (like ramp phase) is not usable
Solution
Relase screw driver lever or external
signal of lever.
If for you the fixage is correct, reduce
min time into menu
If for you the fixage is correct, incrase
max time into menu
Probably the screw was too fix, defix a
bit and fix again or incrase the torque
set into menu
Probably the screw was too fix, defix a
bit and fix again or reduce ramp
percentage into menu
Probably the screw was too fix, defix a
bit and fix again or decrase break
time into menu
If the defix time is too long reduce
revers time into menu or deactive
or incrase the speed
Relase external contact of stop motor
Wait until save is finish
If you aren't using a model with clutch
change choice number 1 into menu to
your correct screw driver
