Rice Quantity
With this device you can boil a maximum of 1.3 kg of rice
(gross weight). For this you require 2.7 litres of water.
Depending on the type of rice, this will provide you with
approximately 3.0 kg of boiled rice with a cooking time of
approx. 45 min.
The minimum quantity of rice for boiling is 400 g (3 CUPs),
which will provide you with approx. 650 g of boiled rice,
depending on the type of rice used.
Rule of thumb: Use 2 parts of water with 1 part of rice.
Check the packaging of your rice product for information on
the exact quantity ratio.
